UNICAL VC Appeals for Calm Over Dentistry Students’ Induction Delay
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Professor Florence Obi, has called for calm among the 2016 Dentistry students facing delays in their induction by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Professor Obi highlighted the overadmission of students as the core issue, with the university admitting 60 students against the MDCN’s approved 10.
