Drawing from his tenure as Governor of Anambra State, Obi recalled how he tackled a similar accreditation crisis at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, ensuring students’ futures were not jeopardized by bureaucratic lapses.
Call for Federal Government Action
Obi urged the federal government to provide financial and institutional support to UNICAL’s management, ensuring no student is penalized for issues beyond their control. He warned against the neglect of critical sectors like education and healthcare.
