NNPC/HEIRS Energies JV Launches Scholarship For OML 17 Host Communities
In an inspiring commitment to the future of its host communities, the NNPC/Heirs Energies Joint Venture, through the OML 17 Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT), has officially launched the OML 17 University Scholarship Programme (USP). This initiative is set to transform lives by offering financial and educational support to 300 first-year students from OML 17 host communities, enrolled in government-owned universities across Nigeria.
Empowering Through Education
Aligned with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), the scholarship underscores the Trust’s dedication to sustainable development through education. Applications will open on 21st July 2025, with a transparent online testing and screening process to select the beneficiaries by September 2025.
