bloomshorts Tech giants Lakeba Group (Australia), Next Digital (Nigeria), AqlanX (UAE), and Agentic Dynamic (Netherlands) have united under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to birth AfricAI, a pioneering joint venture.
AfricAI is set to redefine Africa’s digital infrastructure by localizing, deploying, and commercializing AI solutions tailored for African markets, starting with Nigeria as its flagship market.
This initiative not only aims to empower African governments, enterprises, and communities with transparent AI infrastructure but also to position Africa as a global leader in the development of sovereign, inclusive, and context-aware AI ecosystems.
With plans to expand into Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Rwanda by 2026, AfricAI is on a mission to train over 100 regional AI professionals, ensuring that the continent’s digital future is built by Africans, for Africans.
