Emma Watson and Zoe Wanamaker, renowned for their roles in the Harry Potter films, have each been handed a six-month driving ban after being caught speeding in separate incidents.
Emma Watson’s Speeding Incident
Watson, who famously portrayed Hermione Granger, was caught driving at 38 mph in a 30 mph zone in Banbury last July. The 35-year-old actress was fined £1,044 and did not attend the hearing.
Zoe Wanamaker’s Case
Wanamaker, 76, known for her role as Madame Hooch, was penalized for driving at 46 mph in a 40 mph zone on the M4 motorway in Berkshire last August. She also received a similar fine and driving ban.
Both cases were processed by a magistrates court in High Wycombe, with neither actress present at their respective hearings.
