The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has initiated an investigation into the attempted assassination of Jude Ezenwafor, the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate for the upcoming Anambra State governorship election. The incident occurred near Wuse 2, Abuja, as Ezenwafor was returning from an engagement.

Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, emphasized that the investigation is ongoing and urged the public to provide any relevant information to aid in resolving the case swiftly.
